Crash when opening topic attachments

Symptom
When attachment is opened, MindManager immediately crashes.

Resolution
An issue has been identified when MindManager is used with the anti-virus software AVG v8 also installed.  When a topic attachment is opened, MindManager utilizes The Windows anti-virus API to scan the document.  With AVG installed, it also attempts to scan the document.  With two scans happening simultaneously, a crash can occur. Mindjet is working on a solution to this issue. 

For a temporary workaround, users can save the below linked file to their MindManager program files directory:

C:\Program Files\Mindjet\MindManager 7

Download this file and save to the above directory. Restart MindManager and try the attachment again.
