Tablet PC ink tools do not function

Symptom

Ink Tools menu items greyed out after installing service pack 2 on Tablet PC.
 
Resolution

An issue with MindManager 7 service pack 2 build 7.2.374 was identified in which the Ink Tools on the Tools menu do not function properly. 

Users who experience this issue should download and install the updated build below. After, the ink tools should be working properly.
