Office Addins not working

Applies to: X5 or greater

 

Symptoms:
one or more Office Addins are greed out or not showing at all.
 
Resolution:
Please  check in MindManager if  the corresponding add-ins are activated.

In MindManager X5 / 6 you can find the setting under Tools-> Addins

In Mindmanager 7 the Settings are in MindManager menu under Options-> Addins.
Activate the missing Addins.´
If this does not solve the problem, please check the corresponding Addins in Microsoft Office.
In Office 2002/2003 you can find the setting at Help  About Microsoft XXXX -> Disabled Items
In Office 2007 you can find the Settings in the Office menu under Options-> Addins -> go to Disabled Elements.
Activate the missing Addins.
If this fails also please repair MindManager via Control Panel - > Add/Remove Software´
