Export/Import of Microsoft Outlook not available
Applies to: MindManager X5, Pro 6, Pro 7 Symptom
Microsoft Outlook integration does not work or is missing. Resolution Please follow these steps to restore the Outlook add-in: - Check in MindManager 7 under MindManager Button > MindManager Options > Add- Ins - if the corresponding add-in is activated. In MindManager 6 check under Tools > Options > Add-Ins. - Check in Outlook under Help/? > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items (or ? > Disabled Items in Outlook 2003) - enable all related MindManager items that are listed there. - Repair MindManager via the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs - Klick START > Run and execute the following command to register the add-in manually: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Mindjet\MindManager X\MmXOutlookLinker.dll"
X = replace with your version number 5, 6 or 7 If none of the above works perform a complete re-installation of MindManager via the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
